My Camper’s Pass for WordCamp Philippines!

Last night, I received an email from MiGs,™ regarding my Camper’s Pass which will be use for Wordcamp Philippines and will be held on September 6, 2008 at the Augusto-Rosario Gonzalez Theater, 5th Floor, Mutien Building De La Salle - College of St. Benilde Taft Avenue, Manila. This Camper’s Pass will be use to claim and exchanged for the Camper’s Badge and Kit.

Here are the guidelines when you are at the WordCamp

Optimizing and making your wordpress blog post into SEO friendly is one of the best tactics to get increase of your blog traffic. I am also sure, that there are many bloggers doing this tactics. Before you do optimization to your blog post, you must first perform keyword research, so that you will surely know what targeted keyword phrases should need to optimized. You should select the target the keyword phrase with High Popularity and less Competition. After you doing your keyword research, and choosing your targeted keyword phrases, then it’s now the time to make your post SEO friendly.

For example, if you are targeting the keyword phrase of “create your own virtual world” then you should follow this simple tips make your blog post SEO friendly to search engines.

1. Place your targeted keyword phrase into your title

Then you may want to make your title post as “How to create your own virtual world”

2. Place your Keyword at description meta tag

Input your target keyword phrase at least once into your meta tag description. You may place it into the very beginning or at the end of description. But it is best if you place it into the very beginning of the description

3. Insert your targeted Keyword phrase at keyword meta tag

Input your keyword phrase at least once at keyword meta tag.

4. Place your targetting keyword phrase at blog post content

• Also make sure that you place your targeted keyword phrase at your blog post content. Place it into the very beginning of blog post and make it bold.
• Place also your keyword phrase at the second paragraph and then make it italic.

Increase RSS Subscribers by installing “What Would Seth Godin Do” Wordpress plugin

There are many ways of increasing RSS Subscribers. The one way sample of increasing it is by updating and posting blog post everyday. Another way of increase RSS Subscriber is by installing “What Would Seth Godin Do” or WWSGD Wordpress plugin. I am just wondering why the name of this plugin is “What Would Seth Godin Do”, by the way, the feature of the plugin is let your first timer visitors to see the small box to each of your blog post containing with this words

“If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!”

Because this wordpress plugin is using cookie-based message, after 3 or 5 visits of your first timer visitors, the message to small box will disappears. You also set up the text message of the box and also the location of where you want to display it before or after your post. This plugin is already installed to my blog and it located after my post.
